Your One-Stop Mold Removal Shop in Asheville.
NoMoldWNC, powered by Pure Maintenance patented technology, are mold specialists serving Asheville. We provide air quality testing, mold sampling, home inspections, and — crucially — comprehensive mold removal and future prevention.
What is "dry fog," and why does it matter?
Other companies use a fog to treat mold, even with similar chemicals. What's different is how we use it, and how it benefits your Asheville home. "Dry fog" refers to the particle size the fog is comprised of — particles so small they bounce off surfaces instead of condensing and creating moisture. Our patented process breaks the particles down much smaller than traditional sprayers or handheld fogging equipment.
- Particles half the size of mold spores — anywhere mold can get, we can get
- Our chemicals stay airborne longer and reach more of the mold
- So effective we can use a lower concentration of chemicals in your home
- Won't soak electronics or home furnishings, unlike traditional wet fog
Two steps to a treated Asheville home.
InstaPURE — administration of dry fog sterilant
InstaPURE is a powerful disinfectant that recognizes mold spores throughout your home and treats them, turning the mold spore into inert matter. InstaPURE is such a strong disinfectant it disinfects any surface it touches — it's also used in hospitals, daycares, gyms, retail, airlines, clinics, essential service locations, and company fleets.
EverPURE — application of antimicrobial film
InstaPURE can disinfect virtually any home or building, but what happens when new bacteria and viruses enter the premises? EverPURE is the answer — it provides a verified 90 days of protection once applied. This antimicrobial leaves no residue but sits on your keyboard, door knobs, and every other surface, treating bacteria or viruses on contact.
Mold in real estate transactions.
When mold is found during a home inspection, buyers may want to back out, sellers may not have the cash for costly traditional remediation, and the lender might back out of their commitment. You need a solution, and you need it fast.
Non-Invasive & Quick
Because of the permeating nature of the dry fog, very minimal — if any — demolition is needed. We'll bend over backwards to treat a home within the due diligence period.
Verified Results
An independent, accredited third-party laboratory certifies the home is free of unhealthy mold following treatment — a post-treatment report you can move forward with confidence.
Safety
NoMoldWNC treats mold with a chemical carrying the highest rating on the EPA's list of anti-microbial agents. It breaks down to oxygen and water quickly, leaving no residue.
Warranty
Thanks to the EverPURE step, the home becomes inhospitable to future mold growth — and NoMoldWNC backs every treatment with 100% guaranteed results.

Health-First, Whole-Home Treatment
A clean home environment matters to your family's health — our treatment is founded on this principle, resolving the problem rather than masking it.
Invisible & Undetectable
Due to their size, mold spores are invisible — the buildup in a humid crawlspace or around a leaky pipe often goes unnoticed until your air is saturated.
