Your technician takes an air sample and sends it to an independent third-party lab. We use an accredited mold lab with no affiliation to any mold testing or remediation company — so the result is objective. About 4 to 5 days later, you receive your results by email.
InstaScope shows how airborne particle levels vary across a space. Laboratory analysis provides more detail about the collected sample. InstaScope does not identify individual mold species, so these methods serve different purposes.
